Creative Integrated Consultancy (“CIC”, “we”, “us”) We are one of the leading business accelerators in the Middle East Region offering SMEs in a variety of fields the support that they need to foster their growth and sustainability.

CIC provides business‑acceleration services including company formation, visas and residency, audit & accounting, legal support, certified translation, real‑estate advisory, and funding/banking readiness, through service providers – fully and duly authorized each in their field and jurisdiction.

2. Scope of this Notice

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect Personal Data when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services. It does not cover third‑party websites or services we do not control. Where local law requires different terms (e.g., UAE PDPL, EU/EEA GDPR, UK GDPR), we apply those requirements to the relevant individuals.

Information might provide in the framework of your interaction with CIC: name, contact details, nationality, passport/ID data, signatures, employment and corporate details, address, tenancy/EJARI, tax and banking details, transaction records, and files needed for licensing, immigration, audit, or legal work.
If you apply for roles: CV, work history, references, and similar recruitment data.
Automatically collected: device identifiers, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and cookie/analytics data.
From third parties (where lawful): government authorities, free zones, banks, compliance/KYC providers, employers, partners (e.g., auditors, translators, real‑estate brokers), and publicly available sources.

Special categories: For visa/immigration processes, authorities may require medical screening and biometrics. We only process such data where strictly necessary and lawful, and we limit access to authorized personnel and processors.

4. Why We Use Your Data (Purposes)
  • To deliver our services: consulting, licensing, immigration processing, audit & accounting, legal and translation services, real‑estate coordination, and funding readiness.

  • To verify identity, conduct due diligence/KYC/AML checks, and meet legal/regulatory obligations.

  • To manage our relationship: proposals, onboarding, billing, support, and updates.

  • To operate and improve our website, security, and user experience (analytics, troubleshooting).

  • To send service messages and, with your consent or as permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.

We do not sell your Personal Data.

Typical retention periods vary by service (e.g., immigration and corporate records may be retained for statutory periods). When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work continuously to strengthen our controls.

To exercise rights, email privacy@cicemarat.ae with proof of identity and a description of your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
11. Marketing Preferences

You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us. Service and transactional communications will still be sent where necessary.

Any passing on of personal data for legal purposes will only be done in compliance with laws of the country you reside in.

11. Children’s Data

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
